Delivery System Information
Inside Dhaka Our Delivery Charge is minimum 75 Taka, for ordered products weight summing up to 2 K.G.’s. After that, the delivery charge may increase depending on products weight.
We also offer free delivery if any customer picks up his/her order from our warehouse located at, 22/1 Block-B (3rd floor) Babar Road. Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207.
Outside Dhaka Our Delivery Charge is minimum 90 Taka, for ordered products weight summing up to 2 K.G.’s. After that, the delivery charge may increase depending on products weight.
Minimum 1 to Maximum 3 days after confirming the order.
Customers can order or cancel through the website or the hotline number, +88 096 7866 1122. Immediately the customer care department will acknowledge it and send a mail to the customer and the delivery department after checking the availability and the other proceedings. Then the delivery section will make a schedule of the delivery timings and then pass it forward to the packaging department. Then when the scheduled time arrives the delivery man will transport the products to the customer. Before going they will inform the customer about the delivery by phone, email, or SMS.
The whole process, from collecting the products to delivering them, is totally controlled and monitored by the automated inventory system. Our highly expert team members are always ready to fulfill the demands of the clients.
